Why Report All Accidents / Incidents?

Minor injuries and near misses are often warning signs of a more major incident; by reporting all accidents and incidents we can rectify defective plant or procedures and help prevent more serious incidents.

Report a Safety / Welfare Concern

You can use this form to report any concerns you may have about Health, Safety or Well-being within the School. Alternatively, the People page shows the individuals responsible for OHS&W within the School.
