   • Contacted the supervisor and team members to organise a meeting.
   • Send the meeting invitation.
   • Participated in team meeting.
   • Create and submit the minutes meeting
   • Background reading and other research articles relating to the project.

Semester 1: Week 3 and 4

   • Prepared the agenda for the meeting.
   • Create a zoom meeting to lock the date for all team members and supervisors.
   • Sent the invitation for online meeting through outlook email.
   • Prepare minutes of meeting.
   • Background reading and other research articles relating to the project.
   • Did a Project Plan assignment related to risk and items for the project.

Nazif Sobri

   • Conducted the team meeting.
   • Completed technical objectives and Gantt chart in project plan.
   • Review the project plan and submit it.
   • Literature reading: 1.Underwater Radio Communication 2.Underwater Radio Frequency Communication 3. Work in Progress Networked Control of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles with Acoustic and Radio Frequency Hybrid Communication.

Yang Li

   • Aims and Background of the project plan.
   • Think about possible functionalities that should and could be achieved.

Semester 1: Week 5 and 6

   • Do some research on the items and components for the project.
   • List all the serial names and serial numbers.
   • Find the best supplier for each of the item, by considering the price, delivery time and the charge for the delivery.
   • Record the website link for the items need to buy and used for the project.
   • Finalize all the items and components.
   • Do a quotation to propose before buying all of them.
